"My dad was having an issue with his bill. He had been calling for ,3 days and to no avail . On Monday , Feb 9th and Jason took care of us in about 10 minutes. He was pleasant and answered all of the 82 year old questions. He also placed his account back on every 3 months for payment. He was very patient and considerate. They are going to try and find you the best rates depending on your needs… Literally feels like you’re talking with friends/ family .
