"I had such an amazing experience working with Stefania at State Farm. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. I initially reached out with a lot of questions while getting quotes for my boss vehicles and she was incredibly patient, kind and thorough the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. She even helped me get a policy set up for my own car as well. What really stood out to me is that their office closes at 5pm and she stayed on the phone with me until around 7:30pm!!! just to make sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions, waited while I gathered information, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her level of customer service is truly exceptional—she went above and beyond, and it genuinely means a lot. This was my first time working with this office and I’m so happy I did. "UPDATE: Carlos Luevano, Jr called me directly to find out exactly what happened and when the miscommunication started so he could train his agents better going forward. I really do appreciate the call and his dedication for doing better. I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. We have been with State Farm and worked with not only Jason but also Carlos and I can say it was really great in the beginning but as soon as the policy renewed, kindness and good customer service went out the door. Not only did we get charged almost double without any notification but it also took 2 days to get any response back and when we did, our agent refused to talk to us. Extremely disappointed and we made sure to change insurance companies right then and there. Think twice before working with them."

Insurance premiums can only change mid-term due to insured requested changes that adjust them up or down and sometimes change at renewal due to factors such as statewide rate adjustments, claim trends, or underwriting changes. These adjustments are determined at the company level. Our goal is always to review those changes with our customers and help them explore options to adjust coverage or find savings when possible. If at any point it felt like we were not responsive or available, I sincerely apologize for that experience. We value every customer and would have welcomed the opportunity to review the policy together and address any concerns. "My dad was having an issue with his bill. He had been calling for ,3 days and to no avail . On Monday , Feb 9th and Jason took care of us in about 10 minutes. He was pleasant and answered all of the 82 year old questions. He also placed his account back on every 3 months for payment. He was very patient and considerate.
